On August 8, 2022, EPA signed a Memorandum of Agreement
(MOA)that defines policies, responsibilities, and procedures pursuant to 40 CFR part 62, subpart HHH (the Federal Plan) by which the Federal Plan will be administered by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). [88 FR 2545, Jan. 17, 2023]
